During the Nutrimpact beta, you can report problems and share ideas through TestFlight.

Send feedback through TestFlight

1. Open TestFlight and select Nutrimpact.
2. Choose Send Beta Feedback and describe what happened.
3. You can attach a screenshot. Review it before sending and hide personal information.

You can also take a screenshot inside Nutrimpact and use the beta-feedback option in the screenshot preview. After a crash, TestFlight may ask you to share a crash report and a comment.

What to include

• your device model, operating-system version and app version;
• the steps that led to the problem;
• what you expected and what happened instead.

Please keep meal diary text, health details, personal photos, passwords and sign-in codes out of general bug reports. Nutrimpact will never ask for your sign-in code.

Report a food match

When a meal draft asks whether a food is correctly matched, you can rate and correct it directly. This explicit feedback stores the relevant meal input and food mapping to help us investigate recognition problems. It is separate from general TestFlight feedback.

Account deletion

You can delete your account directly in the app. If you cannot access the app, follow the account-deletion instructions.
